Try Hug Therapy as a great stress reducer.

Try to give at least one hug a day. Hug a child, hug a loved one, share hugs with your friends, hug your cat or dog. Holding hands with the one you love helps us feel calmer and more in tune with ourselves.

M-mm-m try it .. it feels good!

I go by this, I give hugs everyday. The best thing in the world for me when things all seem to be going wrong is to get that wonderful unconditional love from my little grandbabies. When they come running to jump up and get that hug is one of the best things in the world for me!!
