Hiya .... did you know that it is scientifically proven that expressing gratitude on a daily basis increases our happiness level by 25%. Yet there's more to it than just saying "thank you" to the local shopkeeper. It's about reflecting on every positive element of our life and appreciating the many things that what we often take for granted ....

Let's build a shared gratitude journal together. Can you list some of the things you are grateful for in your life?

I am so grateful for my loving, caring family
I'm grateful for the air that I breathe and for water that tastes so sweet and refreshing, for the amazing beauty of nature, for being given a new hip that improves the quality of my life .. I can walk so much more easily now. I'm grateful for a body that works well and for being able to sleep safely at night in a comfortable warm bed ....
