Hi,

you know I often come across this response from people when I talk about how laughter is good for you ..." I've got nothing to smile about!" What they fail to realise is that they are the master of their own world and sometimes you have to smile FIRST before you discover the world smiling back at you. It is a choice we make ... and this leads me to today's quote for you:

That's so true, Pam. We might have a million great ideas about what to do, how to be, where to go etc but they all remain just that, ideas ... until we actually DO something about them ...
