I love the idea that all things positive are good for the soul .. .. its nourishment if you like ... the stuff it is made of
... and it loves to come together with things of like nature
What comes to mind is the pure laughter of young babies and children. How delightful it is and how uplifting to watch and to hear
I think the fact that the body goes straight into producing feel good hormones that are linked to creating better health is a good feedback ... like a body YES!
... that laughter is highly recommended and what makes life such a joy
Remember to to take the time to laugh today ....at least once :o)

So .... Smile for 60 seconds straight. Just sit there and smile.
Don't do anything else. Don't you immediately sense an actual physical feeling
inside you the very second you start to smile? You did, didn't you?
Body wise it's wired into us. When we smile, we are literally programmed to
feel good. If you thought that you had to first feel great to smile,
you couldn't be more mistaken. Smile first and you'll feel great.
Make it your mission to make at least one person smile per
day. The feelings that you're feeling right now as you're
sitting there grinning is exactly what you'll be doing for
everyone that you make smile...
It's impossible to feel down when we are smiling. If
you're still doubting it, try it. Just try to get into a
bad mood with a big silly grin on your face.
You literally can't do it.
Although we know the importance of feeling good, most
of the time in daily life we forget about it. Remind yourself
with a simple smile. :o)
